The strongest nickel aluminum bronze CuAl11Ni5Fe5, which is manufactured to order in the quench hardened and temper annealed condition. This alloy requires extreme control of the manufacturing process to ensure consistency and high integrity. As well as having good corrosion resistance, C63020 also has excellent wear and anti-galling properties and can be used as a substitute for Beryllium Copper. The alloy can be manufactured to the aerospace standard AMS 4590 and is widely used for commercial and military aircraft landing gear bushings and bearings.
