The European standard for a wrought Silicon Aluminium Bronze CuAl7Si2. The alloy has lower magnetic permeability then CW301G as it is iron free. It has moderate strength, is free machining, good corrosion resistance in sea water and does not suffer stress corrosion cracking. The alloy can be specified to EN 12163/12165/12420 and EN 12167 CW302G.
