Key Features

A copper tin alloy with a duplex alpha/delta phase structure.

This alloy is one of the highest tin and phosphor content bronzes. The level of tin and phosphorus imparts excellent wear resistance, high tensile and fatigue strength coupled with excellent bearing properties.

The alloy also has good corrosion resistance.

Typical Uses

Chemical: Components for the paper making industry.

Mechanical: Heavy duty washers and bridge bearing plates.
